Yummy Breakfast!

In the morning time, I often omit breakfast or do something a little
more on-the-run style with dried fruit, fresh fruit and nuts, or a
little granola and almond milk, but when I have some protein, I always
feel the best.

One of my favorite breakfast items is hollandaise sauce - if that can
even be considered an item?Haha. I decided to experiment and what I
found was complete success!

I scrambled an egg with some fresh spinach in a bit of olive oil.
Plated. Heated up some leftover alfredo sauce (aka
at-home-and-easy-hollandaise-sauce) and poured over the top of the
eggs and spinach. Then added fresh spinach leaves and diced up a
quarter of an avocado. To top it off, I drizzled a bit of olive oil on
top with some salt & pepper.

It tasted sooo good. A good little experimentation of flavors that
turned out better than expected.
