Pizza, Pizza! 

This pizza dough/crust is the best and it's so EASY to make from scratch! 

First you'll want to get 1c of really warm water, 1 1/2 Tbs yeast & 1 1/2 tsp sugar and whisk together and let prove for 10 minutes.... Watch the yeast grow! While it's doing it's thing-- I start to mix together the other ingredients: 3c flour, 1 1/2 Tbs oil (I use olive oil), 1 tsp salt. 

Combine the yeast mixture and the other ingredients and slowly add water until the dough pulls from the sides of bowl. Use a small amount of oil to cost the dough. Place the ball of rough in a bowl and preferable in a warm area (sometimes  I will set in a sunny window) like on top of the preheating oven, with a towel covering the bowl. Let rise for 30 minutes and then divide in half to use for 2 pizza crusts. Make your pizza and then put in a 425 degree oven for 18 minutes (or less depending on your oven). Remove, slice and enjoy!
